Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System - 10,000 lbs
One small part was missing from my Ground Control TT. Carol Korren expedited delivery of the missing part and the UPS truck pulled up at the moment I needed the part. Fantastic customer service!
This works great and has been the very best upgrade on any RV/Trailer I have every owned. I will never own another trailer that does not have this.

Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black
Excellent
My Jack arrived DOA. After installing it on my trailer, the Jack didn’t work. The manual crank handle came in handy because I didn’t have time to troubleshoot and repair it at the time. It was just a wire that was no longer connected to the switch but I have to tell you it was extremely disappointing to receive a brand new item that didn’t work. If it had worked out of the box, I’d give it a five star review. You should consider soldering and heat shrinking the wires to the switches or making the wires longer so they aren’t banjo string tight and putting the lug at a strange angle.

Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack - 18" Lift - 2,500 lbs
It installed very easy. For a 2500lbs jack, it seems a little light weight. It does lift the trailer but seems kinda wobbly because the post size is so small. Other than that it works as advertised. Thank you for getting it to me so fast.
It seems like a good quality jack, but it's a real product failing that a dedicated ground wire is not included in the product along with its dedicated 12V wire. Our Featherlite horse trailer has no battery, so we bought a 7-pin plug and used it to connect the 12V wire to the truck's receptacle. We asked before buying the jack if it could be wired this way and were told yes (or we wouldn't have bought this jack). But when using the jack this way, following the instructions and grounding the jack at its mounting bolts is a problem because as soon as the trailer's receiver loses contact with the ball of the towing truck's hitch, ground is lost and the jack stops working. To prevent this, the factory needs to supply a dedicated ground wire along with the dedicated 12V wire, or better yet a prewired 7-pin plug just like the "plug-and-play" electric trailer jacks Walmart sells for considerably less money. Luckily ETrailer's customer service is great and both Will and Aaron were very helpful, so we were able to sort it out. But a prewired 7-pin plug would have made for a much better experience.
