Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
Carried two bikes 150 miles on the first use. Everything arrived safe and secure. I did retighten the straps all around after the first trip, but there was very little slack created. I like the fold down sections, which make it easy to get the garage door down.
Attaches to my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek (no spoiler) easily and sits solid. Just follow the fit tips in the manual that comes with the rack and you shouldn't have a problem at all.

Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
Works wonderful! Shipped quickly and prompt.
The good: I like the way the bikes are held in and the ability to add the upright adapters to the bike frame holders. The straps are quality too. For a jeep with a spare tire, this is the perfect length to clear it. This rack is 5 stars from the bike holders to the base of it. The bad: the 2"receiver adapter and bolt are insufficient. I wish they made this in a solid 2" hitch. The entire setup is held into the receiver by a very short bolt. It only goes about half way into the receiver tube. So your hitch is only "secured" on one side. A hitch pin or bolt should go through the receiver tube completely imo so it can be secured on the other end with a retaining clip or nut. Because this only goes in the one side, the entire weight of the rack plus bikes are held tight to one side of the receiver by the undersized bolt and washer. A few bumps down the road and that bolt loosens. Now instead of distibuting the weight of the rack and bikes on the receiver and post, it's completely up to the bolt to keep you from losing the rack. The bolt threads get damaged too. I took this down a dirt road and nearly lost everything. I had to buy my own bolt with hd fender washers and lock washers to correct this. Thule should've provided this from the start. The current short bolt design where only one side of the receiver secures the rack is unacceptable. This rack is 1 star at best for the connection to the receiver.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
After ordering I contacted the company to determine when product would be shipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rack shipped quick and was easy to install. I would highly recommend etrailer.
Works great! Easy to set up and get on the road.

Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
Planning on bringing bikes while camping. I mounted 2 of the Swagman bike racks to my new Sportrack on my pop-up camper. The bikes fit perfectly. The racks seem sturdy enough. Not heavy duty, but for my needs they should be fine. Assembly was relatively fast and easy.
We have used the Swagman Roof Rack a number of times when we have needed the additional bike carrying capacity. It took a couple attempts to get the initial spacing of the bike rack properly balanced on the van’s roof rack as recommended by the instructions. But it was easy to do and once set was very easy and quick to put on and take off. The rack works great, the bike is easy to put into place and secure. The bike and rack are very stable and quiet and haven’t required any mid-trip adjustments. We always put the cheapest bike on the roof (lol) but do use a bit of duct tape to protect the finish just Incase. We are very satisfied with the rack and consider it quite a deal for the money.

Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier - Roof Mount
Received in 2 days. Perfect condition. Reasonably time to attach and learn how to use. Rear mount just slightly loose on factory Subaru Crosstrek Aero bars due to profile. I would recommend the product and etrailer!
Overall I am happy with these bike carriers. They mount to the racks over the bed of my Tundra TRD Pro. Installation is simple. I think they could be just a bit sturdier because there is just a bit of wobbling when driving on bumpy roads but I'm not too worried about them coming dislodged. Take note that although they come with a cable lock to attach the bike to the carrier, the key is sold separately.

Rhino-Rack MountainTrail Rooftop Bike Carrier - Fork Mount
Love this bike rack! It fits perfectly with my Rhino Rack Cross Bars. I'm very impressed by the lack of wind noise. With the bike mounted on the rack, you can barely hear the wind noise at 60mph. With the sunroof open you can hear wind noise, but as long as the window is closed, you can only slightly hear anything if the radio is off and you are trying to hear it. Amazing! Can't wait to get more use out of it in the future!
I have used a lot of bike racks and this is the one I keep on my 4Runner. It just works. It is the easiest to take on and off, which is important for me because between me, my wife and kids I have 4 bikes that need to be rearranged often. We also use a roof box, kayak racks and a SUP rack so I am always taking things off and on. The front straps loop over the bar and tightens with an allen key, the back is a couple wing nuts. Since there are 2 straps up front the rack is very stable when a bike is on it. I like that it comes with locks and the skewer is super easy to adjust, clamp and unclamp. If it is cold, dark and damp at 6am and I am tired, late for a ride and still waking up this is the rack I go for because it is easy. There are a couple things to be aware of though... You will need to put a drop of oil in the skewer every 6 months or so to keep it opening and closing smoothly. Otherwise is can stick. Sometimes if the skewer is turned just right there will be a bit of whistle because of a hole in the clamping mechanism. If I turn it to a different angle the whistle stops. And after going through the car wash with the rack on my roof a dozen times or so the black paint began to have a bit of a rainbow sheen. Not sure if it is the bike rack or the soap my car wash uses.

Kuat Beta Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Trailer Hitches - Tilting
Really happy with how quickly it arrived. Very easy to install and get my bike on right away.
I did a lot of research and decided this was the rack for me. I was totally correct. First, it has all the most important features but only weighs about 14 lbs. I was concerned as a senior lady with arthritis issues. I can use it well and it performed perfectly with an adapter bar for my Electra Townie. I have had compliments from several seasoned riders and a bike shop owner here at the beach who said it was great quality and I got a great price. Also purchased a locking trailer hitch pin with bike cable from etrailer. All over satisfaction with products and etrailer who provided enough videos to help me.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
First off I got tired of putting my bike in the back end of my 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek! So, birthday present to myself. I bought the Curt 1 1/4" class 1 receiver hitch from Etrailer of course (posted install). Then I ordered the Swagman Chinook platform bike carrier! Best bike rack purchase ever! I did a lot of online comparisons, always been a Thule fan? But hands down the Swagman Chinook was the best bang for the buck @ $$$ and change from Etrailer! It took me @ 15 minutes to put together straight out of the box, and waited til yesterday to put it on my car. As you can see from photos attached it works awsome! Now it's going to be a lot easier to travel to the BMX races!
Truly grooving on my wife's new Swagman Chinook bike rack. She wanted to be able to transport her nice road bike easily without throwing it in the back of her car, and since a roof rack is out of the question, this Swagman model fit the bill perfectly. It arrived quickly on the anticipated date. Kudos to etrailer.com for the email updates to keep me informed of my purchase. Within one hour, it was installed on my wife's 2014 Mazda3 hatchback. The Swagman is heavy and solid, which is reassuring as it makes me feel confident that it will keep the bikes secure. It also makes me feel like I got my money's worth. A ratchet wrench and Phillip's head screwdriver were the only tools required for the easy install. I did my research before purchasing the Chinook model as I was also eyeballing a very similar Thule rack that was slightly more expensive. I spoke with an etrailer.com expert who gave me the lowdown on both models. Ultimately, the Swagman won out because it has a smaller 'footprint' while extended or folded up ... and also can tilt away from the car for easy access to the hatchback area. Very convenient! FYI: Mazda doesn't make a trailer hitch for the Mazda3 as it's a small car with a small engine and has no business towing anything. Thankfully, the Curt company makes an aftermarket frame and trailer hitch that fits the Mazda3 hatchback perfectly with no drilling. Stupidly, I purchased it from another online company thinking I was getting a good deal. Turns out etrailer.com had it for less with FREE shipping. Oh well ... live and learn. Now I know that etrailer.com is one-stop shopping for bike racks AND trailer hitches. (Full disclosure: I had the garage down the street install the frame as it's easier with a lift) Only snafu: the shipment contained an extra set of keys that I assumed was for the hitch bolt lock (there was also a set of keys on the bolt itself). I spent 15 minutes using those keys trying to figure out how to remove the lock from the bolt to install it on the hitch. The keys just wouldn't turn in the lock. I called etrailer.com and Kevin told me to try the other set of keys ... and they worked. So an extra set of keys came with it that did absolutely nothing ... weird! Obviously, I can't speak to the longevity and durability of the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack as I just installed it. What I can speak to is the sturdiness of it, the ease of the installation and my complete satisfaction with the good folks at etrailer.com.

Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
Product was packaged well, and assembled easily. Great match for the CrossTrek and will enable our son to bike with a friend.
Seemingly well-constructed and supported bike rack. It fits my 2018 Toyota Camry SE just fine and I haven't had any issues with sway or even feeling my bike while driving. I've only carried one bike on it and have used it a limited number of times, so I cannot speak on durability and longevity. Although you shouldn't open your trunk while the rack is attached, I have been able to do so with no issue (without the bike attached).

Yakima ForkLift Roof Mounted Bike Carrier - Fork Mount
Good product. However, the one I ordered was supposed to fit the aero cross bars on 2018 Subaru roof racks and it doesn't. In fact the fit is very sloppy and looks unsafe. Sending mine back if they can't find a clamp that fullly contacts all surfaces.
Yep - exactly what I ordered. Instructions included are very thorough. The bike carrier arrived with some box damage but was in perfect condition. Includes everything but the locking cylinder for the skewer (for obvious reasons). I appreciate the clear instructions on how to assemble it all together. Haven't put it on my Yakima rack yet but I know it's straightforward. Can't wait to put the carrier into service!

Rhino-Rack Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
I love the Rhino-Rack brand and once again am impressed with the quality of this bike rack for my 2" hitch. I love the two handles used to disengage and tilt the top bike holder portion and the other to allow the rack to lower out to open the back hatch. This thing is super sturdy and very well designed. I was somewhat surprised how heavy it is, but I guess this is the trade off for getting solid quality build. Looks awesome on my Crosstrek and soon to be Trek bikes.
I purchased this bike rack a year ago and I use it A LOT. I had to buy and install a stabilizer because without it, the unit would sway back and forth even without a bike on it (very noisy). This makes removal more cumbersome but since I keep the hitch on year round it doesn't matter to me. The tilting function is fabulous allowing easy use of my RAV4 hatchback. I can even tilt it down with a bike on it. I got the 2 bike hitch. Plenty of room for two bikes to fit without rubbing. Lastly, the hitch has a sizable through-hole on the bottom to thread a good sized cable so I can lock my bike up. Sturdy. I highly recommend.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
So far I’ve just assembled it and took a quick test drive around the block. My initial thought is this thing is perfect. It’s super sturdy and easy to use. My only gripe and it’s not fault of the rack, but it’s heavy…

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Sturdy and easy to use. I have a Subaru XV Crosstrek so the tilt feature is convenient to get items from the rear cargo area.
etrailer has the best pre- and post-sales customer service I've ever seen! I started out not knowing anything about hitch-mounted racks. So I wrote to etrailer telling them about my car and type of hitch I was about to have installed. Samuel wrote back with lots of great information tailored specifically to my car. He even included a photo that looked just like my 2017 white VW GTI with a hitch and rack installed. Okay something of a coincidence. But the rest of the assistance I got from the crew at etrailer was just as prophetic. I went into this a novice and came out knowing lots more about hitches and racks and finding the rack best suited to my situation. I have a small car, a class 1 hitch and a heavy mountain bike. I got exactly what I needed. As to the Swagman rack itself, it works fine. If I had a different situation I would probably buy a platform rack as they are easier to load. There's no reason to buy a bike rack anywhere else.
Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're going to be test fitting the Inno Aero Light Four Bike Rack, part number INH640. We already have a bike installed on our rack. Let's go and take a closer look and show off some of the features.Starting at the end and working our way inward, at the very end of our first arm here, you can see we have this locking point along with a place for a key. This is what's going to hold the integrated cable lock so when all four bikes are installed, this wraps around all of them and attaches to this point here to offer some security for your four bikes as you travel. It does come with a set of two keys for this.Moving onto the cradles, we are going to have these padded ends here where the frame's going to rest in place. You can see that that's going to provide a nice point here to help protect your frame once you install it.
Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XP Crosstrek, we're going to be test-fitting the Inno Aero Light 2 Bike Rack, part number INH620.We already have a bike installed on the rack, so we're going to take a closer look and show off some of the features. This of course can carry up to 2 bikes. The cradles can be moved back and forth, as needed, to assist you with loading and unloading, and there is a padding on the cradles to make sure that the frame of your bike doesn't get damaged once it's installed. It holds your bike at 3 points. We'll have 2 strips up at the top, as well as one off to the side, and that's going to serve as anti-sway cradle to keep your bike from moving too far back and forth and causing bike to bike contact. Now with these anti-sway cradles, they can be pushed up out of the way, and this is going to make loading and unloading much easier, but when you fold the arms down you're going to want these folded all the way out, and we'll get to that in a second. Also, moving forward here, we do have an integrated cable lock that'll wrap around both the frames of your bike and attach to this point here and lock into place. It comes with a set of 2 keys to do so.Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. To do that, there are tabs on both sides of the strip here, just push them in at the same time and these come right out.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek we're going to be test fitting the Swagman Quad 2 plus 2 two bike and four bike platform rack for two inch hitches. This is going to be part number S64692.We already have a bike installed on this rack, and while this is rated for both motor homes and vehicles this means you can take it on the vehicle you may be towing behind your RV as well as the back of your RV as well. Plus, it has another interesting feature about it is when you see it in the four bike version here by removing a screw up at the front here you can take this rear portion out and convert this to a two bike version if need be. How it holds the bike into place, we're going to have three points of contact. At both tires we're going to have these straps, and then up at the top here we're going to have this padded frame hook. When it's padded it's going to make sure that the frame of your bike doesn't get scratched or damaged once this is being installed.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek we're going to be test-fitting the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo 1-Bike Platform Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" hitches, part number RKY10007. We already have our bike installed on here, so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. One of the best features about this bike rack is the fact that it can fit a wide variety of bikes, especially fat bikes like you see here, and it does come with the extra strap so you can attach it to the rear mounting point. Also, unlike most of the other single bike racks out there, this can tilt away from the vehicle with a bike attached to get rear hatch access. The others either just fold up or are stationary. So, you go out and come to the front here to this blue handle, pull out slightly, let it come down, and now we have full hatch access to get what we need and more than enough space in between the bike rack and the bumper itself to do so. To put it back in position, you push up on the bike rack, never the bike, until you hear that click. How the bike is held into place: We're going to have two points of contact.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today with our 2014 Subaru XV CrossTrek, we're gonna be test fitting the RockyMounts Monorail Solo Two Bike Platform Rack for inch and a quarter and two inch hitches, part number: RKY10007-05. We already have a bike installed on our rack. Let's take a closer look here. One of the nicest features about this bike rack is the fact that it can fit a wide variety of bikes, mainly the fat bike that you see here, because it comes with an extra strap for the rear connection point here. This will also work with eBikes, as well as road bikes, mountain bikes, kids' bikes, and alternate frame bikes as well. One of the main features about this is that it can tilt away from the vehicle with the bike still attached to gain rear hatch access. To do that, there is a blue handle up at the front here.
Lets Go Aero Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today, on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're going to be testing the Elliptical Aero BikeWing, T4 4-bike rack for two-inch hitches, part number B01458. We already have a bike installed on our rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look here. This is designed for up to four bikes, has a carry capacity of 160 pounds, so that, roughly, is going to be about 40 pounds per bike, give or take. This can hold road bikes like you see here, but it can also fit alternate frame bikes, kids bikes, mountain bikes, and fat bikes, and with an adapter, excuse me, that is sold separately. Now, the big advantage to this is how it grips the bike itself. It's going to have these two points of contact here, or really, four points of contact, with these straps, and once those are attached, they're going to stay in place. But the big advantage is, no bike adapter bar is going to be necessary with this installation process, as you would get with a lot of other platform-style racks on the market. Also, we do have this padding here, that is adjustable up and down, the arms here, to help protect the frame of your bike to make sure no scratches or abrasions get to it.
Saris Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek we're going to be test fitting the Saris Glide EX 4 Bike Rack, for 1-1/4" and 2" hitches, part number SA774. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go take a closer look here. This is a pretty unique bike rack, when it comes to the hanging style. Now, if you want to gain rear hatch access with all four bikes attached, normally you would have to buy a model that you can swing out away from the vehicle to do that, because most of the hanging style, you'd have to take the bikes off, fold it down and then you can tilt it out of the way. With this, this actually glides out of way with all four bikes attached. To get that rear hatch access, to do that we'll come to this trigger here, at the backside, push out, and then we have that access that we need.
Thule Roof Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today with our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're gonna be test fitting the Thule upright roof top bike rack, part number TH599000. We already have it installed on our vehicle. We have a bike installed on it as well, so let's go ahead and take a closer look. This is a one bike bike rack that grips your bike by the wheels, so this is great for your carbon fiber bikes like you see here or other style bikes such as kid's bikes or alternate frame bikes. It grips your front tire at two points which is pretty unique, and these two pieces actually lock together on the other side here so it provides superior stability while you travel. At the rear, we're gonna have this strap here that does ratchet into place, and by ratchet, that actually literally ratchets into place. This is adjustable back and for bikes of different sizes and it also has an integrated cable lock at the rear here, although the lock is sold separately.
Thule Roof Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're going to be test fitting the Thule Outride roof top, bike rack, part number TH561020. We already have a bike installed on our rack. You will have to remove the front wheel. They do have front wheel holders that you can attach to your roof rack as well, that are sold separately. It grips it by the fork mounts here, using this lever, like so.

We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. This bike is already fat bike capable, able to carry bikes with a tire width up to 5". It also can carry ebikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, and most alternate frame bikes as well. It can tilt away from the vehicle with all four bikes attached. To do that we have this lever here at the front, which is a lot different than the previous model which had the pins that you would have to pull out on one side and one to pull out on this side as well.
Yakima Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek

We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. This can carry a wide variety of bikes. It's already capable to carry a fat bike, like you see here, so you don't have to get any aftermarket parts, like you would with other bike racks. It can also carry e-bikes up to 50 pounds, and has a 50 pound capacity per bike for this bike rack. Like most platform style bike racks, this can tilt away from the vehicle to gain full hatch access.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 XV Crosstrek, we're going to be test fitting the Hollywood Racks sport rider SE2 platform two bike rack with cargo carrier for fat bikes, part number HR1450-85-FB. Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek we're going to be test fitting the Swagman Semi 2.0 2-bike platform rack for 1-1/4" and 2" hitches, part number S64686. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. Like with most platform racks, this can tilt away from the vehicle with the bikes still attached to gain rear hatch access. To do that you come up to the front to this latch, lift up, let it tilt towards you, and you have full hatch access to get whatever you need. There is plenty of space on both sides to get what you need.To put it back into position, just simply lift up on the bike rack, never the bike, until you hear that click.
Swagman Roof Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're going to be test fitting the Swagman Race Ready roof bike rack, part number S64705. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. How the bike is held into the place, we're not going to have any frame contact at all, so for bikes such as this one, where it's carbon frame, it'll grip it by your wheel instead, and protect everything else.It does come with a lock up at the front here, so once you have this pushed into place, you can lock it down and the bike will be secured to the rack. I would like to point out though, this does not have a lock to secure your bike rack to your roof rack. It does have wheel cradles on either side that can slide back and forth to accommodate bikes of different sizes. The wheel cradle here is adjustable back and forth as well, by loosening up the bolts on either side, and sliding it back and forth to accommodate wider wheel width. And while we do have a road bike on here, this will also fit mountain bikes, and fat bikes with an additional strap that you would have to replace. With everything installed as it is, we're not going to have an issue of clearance, between our rear hatch and the bike rack, as you can see here, there's plenty of space in between.
Swagman Roof Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're going to be testing the Swagman Enforcer Rooftop Bike Rack, part number S64704. This carries up to one bike. You can either carry it by the forks, as you can see here. Or you can also have this replaced with a 15-mm thru-axle, and carry it that way. The rear wheel strap is adjustable along the bike rack, to accommodate for bikes of different sizes. With this particular vehicle, we're not going to have an issue with clearance between the rear hatch and the bike rack.

Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek we're doing a test fit of the Swagman Chinook Platform Style Two Bike Rack. That part number is S64683. Now we already have our bike secured down. We're first going to show you one of the key features of this rack. We're going to come around back here behind our bike, and we're going to lift up on our spring loaded lever, and we're able to tilt our bike rack away from our vehicle with our bikes fully loaded. In this position, we are going to gain that full access into our Crosstrek, and we have plenty of room to stand in between our bike rack and our vehicle to get out larger or smaller items.

To do that, we'll come underneath right here, pull towards us, let it come down, and now we have access to our rear hatch to get what we need. There's enough space on either side to come in and do so. To put it back in its original position we'll simply lift up until you hear that click.A bike that's held in place will have two points of contact with no frame contact at all. Instead, we'll have a rear wheel strap here, which is adjustable to accommodate bikes of different sizes, and up front here, we have this wheel hook.

In some cases you may need to ask for assistance as the handle is pretty far up here, and that can be kind of a hindrance at times. Plus, with all four bikes, it's going to be pretty heavy, so once you pull this, you want to make sure that someone is there to catch it so it doesn't come crashing down on you. We'll pull out like so, let it come down, and now we have full access to our rear hatch, and we do have space on both sides to get what we need. To lift it back into position, it's very simple. You just take it, bring it back up till you hear that click, and now it's back into its normal position. How it holds the bike in place, we're not going to have any frame contact at all.

Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek, we're going to be test fitting the RockyMounts MonoRail Two-Bike Platform Rack for 2" Hitches, part number RKY10004. We already have a bike installed on the rack. To lower it down, we have this switch up at the front, which is pretty nice because a lot of bike racks that do tilt away, the switch is going to be up towards the front here, which can be kind of difficult to get to when you're trying to have it with two bikes on there come down. So, we'll come to this blue handle here. Simply pull out holding onto the bike rack while we do this. We'll let it come forward, and now we have full hatch access, and we have enough space in between the bike rack and the vehicle to get what we need.

RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek we're going to be test-fitting the RockyMounts Backstage two bike platform rack for two inch hitches, and this is a swinging model, meaning that this will actually completely swing away with both bikes attached to it so you can gain rear hatch access, and that is pretty unique for a platform style bike rack. Normally, you would be seeing this on hanging styles. To swing it out, you start here at this blue handle at the base. Turn it to the left to loosen until it's all the way loosened up. Then you come to this blue handle on the inside, the circular blue handle. Pull up, which will release it from the edge here. Then we'll get to about a 90 degree point such as this area here.

What our customers are saying:
"A couple months ago, I ordered a hitch & bike rack for my new 2005 Saturn VUE. Everything about the order was fast and easy. When my father bought a 2006 VUE, he wanted the same hitch, but it was not listed on the site. I contacted customer service and quickly received a response informing me that they were waiting for details on the new model. The next day I had another email saying it was available, less than an hour later, my order was placed and I had a "shipped" email. Outstanding service!"
