Great product. Extremely well built and looks great. Very easy to put into stow mode and move it back to the positions you want to tow from. The rated capacity of it is great it’ll do everything your truck will do in a bumper pull mode. It is a must for a 19 F-250 with the ride height to get your load level and to make the connection a easier process.

This hitch is great, looks sharp, and is very rugged. Only wish was that with my gmc that is equipped with the step fold down gate, i had hoped when the hitch was in the hide away mode(folded up under) that the tailgate would have cleared the hitch, it did not. I dont think it is possible due to thw gate design, but its close.

It now makes it so I can pull anything except a 5th wheel. It will make it great on the ranch.

This thing is built like a tank. I have towed a few items that have been reasonably heavy (although not at 21,000lbs). I can say that it does a good job at limiting the aftershock of terrible roads that I have been on. It does a good job and is easily versatile to use with the adjustments available. The hitch should endure travels towing for quite a long time considering how well it is built.

My third one of these, I feel they help take shock out of towing. Just bought a extra one instead of changing balls all the time.

Most excellent. We have a match. One big bad a** hitch to go with the one big bad a## Chevy dually.

This forged ball mount was not machined flat around mounting hole. I had to grind a flat surface for proper fit.

Quality product

Hitch is great quality. Just wish your shipping wasn’t so slow. I could see it taking that long to get if your making payments but for someone who pays for it up front shouldn’t take 7 days. Just my opinion. Great hitch though.

The chrome trailer hitch I ordered initially seemed promising, but Even with diligent care, including not leaving it on when not in use and avoiding exposure to winter weather, the chrome trailer hitch still succumbed to rust. This unexpected deterioration highlights a significant flaw in its durability, leaving me disappointed in its overall performance.

I recently purchased a B&W a 7" Drop, Trip Ball Hitch from the factory. I ordered a 3" Reese instead of a 2 1/2" that I needed. Noah and Tammi in Customer Service jumped right on the issue and got me the correct hitch and a quick return/credit for the other one. Couldn't be more happy with the company and the hitch. B&W makes a bullet proof hitch and I will always recommend them. Thank you for all the help, David.

Bought the B and W Tow and Stow, lock and two extra pins. While you pay more; I can say you certainly get a good quality product. I am using this with a Dodge 3500 so I expect to tow heavier trailers and the three ball option should allow me to be very flexible. This is not my first purchase from etrailer. Every time I have used them it has been a positive experience. Good company and good, helpful people working there. Yes you can buy cheaper hitches but do you really want to chance it with your expensive toys and equipment?

The Gen-Y hitch is a beast and should last forever. It weights approx 55 lbs. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet and I hope that it doesn’t rust like I have seen in some reviews on YouTube etc. My big disappointment is the fact that it does not take my 2 1/2” to 2” sleeve (the 2 ball mount is 2 1/2”) so I can use another hitch with it to move a small trailer that rides lower than this hitch goes. I even talked to someone at Gen-Y to verify that it would work. They said it would. IT DOES NOT. To much pain to send it back. I’m sure I would have to pay shipping.

Gen-Y makes a great product. This is my second one I have purchased. The first one went with my truck when I sold it.

I have yet to tow with this hitch because I just received it today. Upon receiving the box I knew this hitch was not for the faint of heart. It felt like a massive hitch weighing in at 118lbs. Taking it out of the box I could see that this hitch is built like a beast and will likely be more hitch than I will ever need, but I needed a drop hitch and after asking etrailer questions and doing my own extensive research, I decided this was the hitch I should buy. I like the fact that it will give a little more space between the trailer and the truck, it can be used as a pintle setup if the need arises, and it comes with two ball sizes. Using this for my enclosed landscape trailer I am hoping it extends the life of tires and suspension components. I will try and update in the future after towing with this hitch.

We really like these hitches for a little cushion pulling farm equipment. No it's not like a DMI hitch which we also have where you can swing or pull out to assist with hook-up.

This review does not just serve my recent order, but all of the orders before it. I have purchased a number of items from etrailer and everything was sent in a timely manor as stated and promised.
