B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
I pull a 14' goose neck dump trailer and a 10,500 lb fifth wheel camper with a 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. Both are obviously all the truck should handle anyways but I would never try it with a different hitch. There's no play, none, in either even after nine years with the gooseneck receiver and one year with the fifth wheel companion. I travel for work and have pulled the camper 6.5 hours. 10,500 lbs on a bw hitch in your bed is more safe than 5000lb on s tail receiver no doubt. Worth every penny.
easy to assemble. great instructions good product

Bulldog Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter - Inner Tube - Round - 25,000 lbs
Plate was bowed during welding process when plate was attached to tube. The plate and holes of inter tube did not line-up with outer tube so plate is square with trailer, off 10-15 degrees, when pin is installed thru hole. Will be able to use it on the one 5-th wheel hitch but not the other one that needs a special plate for the slider hitch to work, being that the tube is not square w/trailer.
I ordered the Bulldog adapter because I believe their quality is good. The construction of the Bulldog hitch adapter was good. However, the 4” tube was not perfectly round, approximately.030 out of round. This shouldn’t have been an issue, but since my trailer is used and had a Temco hitch originally, the tube wouldn’t slip in. I chucked the Bulldog in the lathe and skimmed .030 of the diameter and it went right in. This review is not written to criticize Etrailer or Bulldog. Just be aware if you’re working with a different brand hitch other than what is listed, there is a possibility of fitment issues.

Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter w/8" Offset for Short-Bed Trucks
I have a 2019 f250 with the 6.5' bed and didn't want a heavy, bulky fifth wheel hitch taking all the bed space up. I had the fifth wheel package already installed as well, so it didn't make sense to not use that. I about went with the ultimate hitch that Anderson offers but decided against that as I have seen many reviews where the hitch failed. I saved a bunch of cash going with this product and it is awesome. I installed it by myself in my drive way in about 2 hours start to finish. I have zero issues turning so close to a 90*. I have a headache rack on my truck and it gets within an inch or two of hitting that but not my truck. I don't have any issues with the king box hitting the bed either like some people stated. The test ride today went very well. It rode very smooth and I have plenty of bed space for my dogs and gear. I would highly suggest this product if you are on the fence like I was. I will see how this will hold up over the years but I doubt I will have any issues. The shipping effected the sheath covering over the cable, I contacted the company, sent some pictures and they will be sending me a brand new part. I love this company and the products they stand behind!!!
I have been using the Ranch Hitch #3100 Straight Adapter for 3 years. Converting the 5th wheel to goose neck was awesome. Much easier to hook up and a smoother, quieter pull. After purchasing a new trailer I noticed that the trailer was too close to the cab of my short bed truck. I found the Ranch Hitch #3139 with 8" offset adapter. It installs easy and gives me 8 more inches away from my truck cab. Excellent! Turning corners is much more comfortable!

Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs
I just received my Demco Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter today. Installed it, hooked up to my first 5th wheel camper I just purchased, and pulled it home from about an hour away. Installation, hook up, and pulling was very easy and I am very pleased with the hitch. My rig is a 2007 GMC 2500 HD pulling a 2007 Sunnybrook Bristol Bay 3150 RL.
I installed the Demco Recon Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Hitch yesterday. The Hitch was installed on a Reese Remove A Ball Hitch and fit perfectly after cutting the rubber mat in the bed of my 2012 GMC Sierra 3500hd Duramax Diesel Dually. I will be hauling a Keystone Avalanche 5th Wheel.

Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Ball - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs
I installed this yesterday on my flatbed with recessed ball and moved our 41’ sierra 20 miles to our shop for service and the hitch works perfect! I couldn’t be more satisfied in this 21k hitch and only took 30 minutes from the time I opened the box until it was installed and ready to go! This hitch is a must for recessed ball flatbed trucks

Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - Lippert 1621 - 16,000 lbs
I love my Goose Box. I tow with a Short Bed Sierra 2500HD, and have no issues with turns. I DO have to dump my airbags or I'll have issues hitting the bed on sharp sharp turns, so it's just habit for me now to dump them when I hit a parking lot, and air them back up when I get back on the road. Something to keep in mind if you run rear air suspension without a remote. With this setup on my Forrest river Wildcat I can hit about 75/78 degrees before i get concerned with clearance. In practice I've never needed that sharp of a turn to get in a campground. After I unhook I can have ALL of my bed space back in the 15 seconds it takes to climb in the bed and stow the B&W gooseneck ball. The unit tows great, but you need to check the airbag before every trip. Easy to do with the visual bar system this is set up with. Very little chucking over nasty road joints. Overall I don't think I'd want anything else on my 5th wheel RV. The GEN-Y setup does look nice, but this one has Lippert's endorsement, and it's a really great unit.
Not As Advertised and Horrible Customer Service at Reese! The pinbox came without installation hardware or directions. The hardware took a month to replace and again came without directions. The pinbox DOES NOT have the air valve as pictured. When I called Reese I was told it was due to a parts shortage and the person I spoke to told (Paul) me the new set-up was a dumb design. I TOTALLY AGEE!! To inflate one person has to literally crawl under the pinbox while hitched to inflate while another watches the bar. Not easy for a 60+ year old fat man! The valve faces OPPOSITE the bar side. Just dumb. When etrailer followed up they were basically told I have to live with it. NO - NOT HAPPY!

Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs
Easy to install and does the job.
This product fits my fifth wheel hitch well and fits in the truck hitch as well. Have not pulled with it yet as winter storms are here. I expect it to work well. Expensive for as simple as it is. Hoping it is built well. Nice That I was able to get a used one at a reduced rate. Missing the pads so we’ll see what kind of a difference that makes. Very happy with etrailer as a distributor. They make the purchase easy and quick free delivery. They Always follow up on my satisfaction with my purchase’s.

Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter - Round - 30K
This thing works. No hassles with hitching and I don't have to swap out my fifth wheel from the truck (which pulls the camper too) to use the equipment trailer. The fifth wheel is easier to hitch and disconnect than the ball hitch that it replaced. I see no disadvantages, except that my neighbors can't just borrow my trailer.
Great product. Very well constructed and easily exchanges with my goose neck ball reciever.

Great product, fast shipping, excellent communication, definitely recommend these guys!! We painted the square tube/king pin tube red and installed it. Works great, but there is not much of it to see in the pic. Take my word, well built & very heavy duty!!

THIS IS THE THIRD FIFTH WHEEL HITCH THAT I HAVE HAD SINCE 2016. IT IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST HITCH I HAVE HAD AND SEE NO OTHER REASONS TO MAKE ANY FURTHER HITCH CHANGES IN THE FUTURE. THE REASON I GAVE IT 4 STARS IS BECAUSE OF THE LIST OF IMPROVEMENTS THAT I HAVE LISTED BELOW. I HAVE HAD THE HITCH FOR 1 YEAR AND HAVE PUT APPROXIMATELY 10,000 MILES ON IT. WHAT I LIKE: -IMPROVED THE TOWING EXPERIENCE IN TERMS OF RIDE COMFORT WHEN TOWING -UPON DISCONNECTING FROM THE CAMPER, THE ONLY THING LEFT IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK IS THE GOOSE BALL. -REDUCED CHUCKING. IT ELIMINATES ABOUT 90% WHAT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED: -THE COUPLER ON THE KING PIN NEEDS TO HAVE A FUNNEL (similar to the Anderson hitch) THIS PROVIDES A MARGIN OF ERROR WHEN RECONNECTING THE TRUCK TO CAMPER. WITH THE CURRENT COUPLER, YOU HAVE TO BE DEAD ON WHEN RECONNECTING. A CHEAP ACCESSORY TO HELP IN THE ALIGNMENT OF KING PIN TO THE GOOSE BALL ARE TELESCOPING TENNIS BALLS. -EASIER ACCESS TO PUTTING AIR IN THE AIR BLADDER. IF I KNOW THAT I NEED TO PUT AIR IN THE BLADDER, I WILL DO IT WHILE THE CAMPER IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE TRUCK. I FOUND IT EASIER TO LET AIR OUT THEN TO PUT AIR IN WHEN THE KING PIN IS CONNECTED TO THE GOOSE BALL THERE ARE SOME GOOD VIDEOS ON THE INTERNET THAT HAVE GOOD TIPS AND TRICKS THAT MAKE USING THE REESE GOOSE NECK EASIER. THIS IS ONE OF THE BETTER ONES.

Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate for EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitch
Easy to install and does the job.
Heavy and doesn't fit flat on my truck bed, had to add some heavy duro rubber shims between this and the bed floor. I paired this with the C611-624 gooseneck hitch.
