The Roadmaster anti-sway bar does for side-to-side movement what a good pair of shocks does for up-and-down motion. You will notice a marked improvement in your vehicle's stability as the bar works to balance weight transfer and reduce body roll. The anti-sway bar acts as a link between your vehicle's frame and its front axle, using the axle as a brace to more effectively balance the shifting weight of your vehicle as you maneuver it. Lubricated bushings allow just enough pivot and rotation to compensate for the pressure placed on one side of your vehicle when it goes into sudden maneuvers, hits crosswinds or encounters shifting weights.
Superior Construction
The Roadmaster anti-sway bar is made of 4140 chromoly, a chromium and molybdenum steel alloy. This type of steel is considerably harder and stronger than the standard 1020 steel that is typically used in anti-sway applications. In addition, the larger diameter of the bar increases its torsional roll stiffness. The result is a bar that is not only stronger than the competition, but also nearly 30 percent better at resisting sway. The polyurethane bushings and grommets used at the attachment points are durable yet flexible, ensuring that the system is neither so rigid nor so malleable that it becomes ineffective.

Hello, everybody. This is Jeff trailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Roadmaster front anti-sway bar. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2017 and newer Freightliner M2 model Class C motor homes. And on custom fit part like this I always like to recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide, put in your year and model vehicle, and it'll show if this will work for your application.
Now, one other note on this anti-sway bar is this kit will only work on vehicles that have a factory installed from sway bar. This will help minimize side to side movement, improves overall stability of the vehicle. It will let you execute turns and make quick maneuvers with confidence and allows for a nice level ride even on irregular surfaces. It does reduce driver fatigue because it'll minimize the effort that's required to keep your vehicle in line. Does diminish the effects of any cross winds, passing motorists, shifting cargo.
And it is designed to fit your vehicle, work in conjunction with it's suspension system. Basically it'll attach to the front axle and to the chassis and then it uses the weight of that axle to brace your frame as it shifts and turns. And it is also engineered to avoid interference with most of your popular aftermarket add-ons and accessories. This is made with the polyurethane bushings instead of the standard rubber variety for a lot longer lasting system. The polyurethane is more durable and resistant to damage that could be caused by oil, gas, and ozone.
And of course less wear will mean less give in your system and better support. The bar itself is constructed of a thick 41 40 chrome moly steel for superior strength. The diameter on the bar itself is 1 3/4 inches. And as you can see it does include all the heavy duty mounting hardware you need. Nice set of easy to follow instructions and a little tub of even bushing glue worked in that used to put on the bushings when you go to install this on your vehicle.
