I've bought 2 of these mattresses this year and they both lasted less than 4 months. First, one had a hole somewhere and leaked out air really quickly. The second mattress when you inflated it had a HUGE lump where a couple of the individual air cells joined to make a large over inflated section!

I am sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with these. If it is still within the year of when you purchased it, it does have a warranty. Otherwise they do come with repair kits as another option.

I like the air mattress it works well. My only issue was after just using it a couple times that little plastic tab on the air valve broke and it’s harder to get in and out. I didn’t contact anyone to see if they would replace it. I’ve just been dealing with it.

Pleased with the rear seat air bed. Original unit shipped had leak somewhere, but etrailer sent a replacement, and I am happy with the product. It provides a large sleeping area. The included pump/deflator is great and gets the air mattress inflated and deflated quickly. The bed fits well in the rear seat of my Ford Super Crew cab.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is the amount of effort getting the 2 parts of the bed, the footwell base, and the sleeping pad, to attach to each other. The concept of the plastic pegs and receivers is a good one, but I have found it challenging to get and keep them connected. Hoping with more opportunities, I will get better at that. This product does provide a comfortable sleeping surface, just used it on a four-night trip, and it was not problematic at all.

It worked perfectly. We purchased it for our 15 1/2 year old cocker spaniel's last road trip from FLORIDA to Tennessee to pick up a 33 Ford pickup hotrod. Gave her perfect access to us in the front of the truck. Thank you for selling such a great product.

Bought for a hunting trip to use in the back of the truck. The support part of the mattress is slightly higher than the back seat, so it rolls you to the back of the truck unless you park facing downhill. A year later we have used it for a mattress in the back of our minivan and it seems to have developed a slow leak that requires topping up every day or so.

Lasted only a month the main big flat piece had a seem start to open underneath a small opening letting air out glued that with glue that case with it. New hole next to it appeared. Then the pump started going to crap. Works but sounds terrible and loud like it’s gonna explode. Then the long piece that goes to fill in foot well started going flat where the nozzle to air it up is or something I can feel air coming out Even when it’s all sealed closed. Would not purchase again. But haven’t gotten around to sending it in yet under 1 year limited warranty for replacement of this defective item. Only thing still inflated is the cheap pillow.

Inflatable pump mechanism never worked. Disappointed. Needed it for a trip back in March. Attempted to contact your customer service upon our return and never heard back from anyone. Waste of time and money.

My 2017 Toyota Tundra is a double cab and the mattress it pushed up against the console, I'm sure it would be better suited for a crew max model but I was kinda bummed about the fit. I'll still use it I just wish it fit better than it does.

2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
So far, so good. Received the AirBedz rear seat air mattress on time, and set up in my truck. It fits perfectly in my Chevy Silverado 2500 from door to door. We plan on using it for a cross country road trip. Instead of getting a hotel every night or reclining in our seats for quick refresher naps, we thought the AirBedz would be the perfect alternative along the way. We especially like the canvas feel of the bed rather than the cheaper rubber like choices available. Early indications are that it is a quality product!

2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty
My dog loves it! He seems to be more comfortable and stable riding in the back seat of my Ford F-250 on long trips (prior to this air mattress he was always nervous and unsteady on the seat alone, or on the seat with a hammock-type seat cover). He’s a 90-lb golden retriever, but this seems to be holding up to him very well.

I just would not expect a product like that to leak on the first use. I should have returned it because it leaked but I forgot about it until you just messaged me.

Loved the fit of this mattress and the quality but it ripped just before the year was up. Tried patching it a few times but had to let it go. I must add that it got a lot of use!!! It's definitely a 5 Star product if you use it periodically and would buy again for that level of use. I had to switch over to a foam mattress because we use the mattress more than the usual consumer.

Using as a napping bed for long drives. Great for what I was looking for. Good quality. Fits in very secure. Like the valves. Have to get an extension for the pump cord as it barely reaches the back of front seat because my cigarette style socket is on top of my dash.
