Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. And where do we taking a quick look at the replacement dust caps for your etrailer bearing protectors. Those bearing protectors, keep your grease inside your bearings where they need to be. So they keep everything lubricated inside that axle. Makes it roll down the road a lot nicer.

And these in turn are going to protect the bearing protectors. Keep them from getting crusted with dust, dirt, and debris, and allow you to get onto that grease circ and fill it up with any kind of grease that you need to over time. The caps though, they can easily go missing. So these are going to be the replacements for you. Let's take a little closer, look at them and make sure that they're the right fit for your particular bearing protectors.

These are going to work for hub bore size 2.32 inch. You do get two bearing protectors.Now you can notice that they're a little bit misshapen in transit. They kind of get flattened out like this. If you let them sit in the sun for a minute, maybe 10 minutes, they should loosen up and be a little bit more pliable. And then once you place them over the bearing protector, they should conform to fit.

You really don't even need to wait to put those on there, but over time, the sun will kind of loosen them up and make sure that they can form around those bearing protectors. So you shouldn't have any issues with that. Again, you do get those two protectors. They help to keep any kind of excess grease from slinging out and getting onto your tires and wheels and keep everything from getting too messy.
