Today we are going to be taking a look at a replacement foot plate keeper pin for eTrailer and Ram Square Direct Weld Jacks. This is designed specifically for the TJD-7000 series jacks, but it can be used for other applications as well. You just want to make sure that the specifications of this pin and this system match the specifications that you need. This is going to come with a large pin, a small pin, as well as a chain to keep the two connected that way you don't misplace it or lose it. The diameter of the pin, take a measurement of that real quick, that's going to give us a diameter of 9/16 of an inch. This is the safety pin that goes on the other side that secures it, so the usable pin length - what we are going to do is measure from the bottom of the head right here to the pin right here. That's going to give us the usable pin length for the unit.
- and that measurement is going to give us a measurement, it looks to be right around, 2 and 9/16 of an inch, so pretty close to 2-1/2 inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement footplate keeper pin for eTrailer and Ram Square Direct Weld Jacks.

Works great and it's easy to use! Yes there are other, possibly cheaper charging options, but this makes life easy and saves time. I simply plug in an extension cord and then check the charge after a day or so and done.
