Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the bearing kit for disc brakes, with the eight inch or 10 inch hub and rotors, on 3,500 pound axles. Now this is a complete kit. Should have everything laid out here on the table. It comes with the grease caps. It comes with the inner and outer bearings, the grease seals, and the lug nuts for two disc brake assemblies. Again, it's designed to fit the 10" hub and rotor assemblies for the 3,500 pound axles.Start with the grease caps.
These are a drive-in grease cap. They have a 1.99 inch diameter. Then we have the inner bearings. These are a part number L68149 inner bearings and they are to be used with the L68111 inner bearing race. The inner diameter on this bearing is 1.378 inches.
Now we go to the other bearings. These are part number L44649 and they're to be used with the L44619 outer bearing race. The inner diameter on this bearing is 1.063 inches. Now I do mention the part numbers on the bearing races, but they are not included and the main reason is because the bearing races already usually pre-installed in the new hubs.And then we have these grease seals. This is part number 58846.
It's a double lip grease seal, gives you, helps you retain the grease and keep out any moisture and debris. Inner diameter on this seal is 1.719 inches, outer diameter is 2.565 inches. And the last thing we have is the lug nuts. Now these are a special, there's 10 of them, and it's they're half inch by 10 corrosion resistant stainless steel lug nuts and these'll be used to secure your wheel to the hub.But that should do it for the review on the bearing kit for the disc brakes with eight inch or 10 inch hub and rotors, on the 3,500 pound axles.
