Strap attaches around handlebars and seat post to keep bike stable during loading.This works great for keeping the handlebars straight when the bike is mounted on a work stand.
A very useful accessory for loading an uncooperative tandem on to a roof rack. Also useful for keeping the bars straight on the repair stand. I added a couple of inexpensive carabiners to the bar ends to make it easier to fit over bar end mirrors on different bikes. But plenty useful without them for most bikes.
Did not care for the hook design that attaches to the seat post. The last strap we had featured a quick release plastic buckle. Required less adjustment each time you used it .
The Yakima strap is exactly what I wanted. Once it was marked for shipping, it arrived fast. Very happy with the service and product and I will order from this retailer again. Thanks!
