Product was reasonably priced and easy to receive. I recently got a used bike rack missing the side webbing pieces that attach to either side of my car's trunk. A friend discovered etrailer and found the correct straps. I appreciate being able to continue to use this bike rack because replacement parts are available through etrailer.

Marie - 04/14/2020I have a Rhode Gear car bike carrier that is perfectly good except the brackets that secure it to the car needed replacement. I was thrilled to find the parts on this website considering the bike rack was not young. The price was very reasonable and I received them within a few days. Would definitely order here again.
I bought these to go with my bike rack but not the brand advertised and they work well. The straps are long and the clips work great on my trunk. My bike rack brand does not sell replacements so I was lucky to find something close enough to work for it.
Held up well using for about 6 months and will purchase 2 more to replace older ones
