Communication was excellent, the product arrived very quickly and is much better that the original. I suspect that the original Yakima part was not the correct one.
Needed a replacement knob for my Frontloader rack, and I couldn't get this part from Yakima directly. The service from etrailer was superb with personal follow ups on my order. Will definitely buy from them again.
I had to replace the nut inside my nylon handle, different threads. I suspect I bought the wrong part, however it was myfault and fixable. Anyway, great customer service from eTrailer, have bought a couple things from them and they are great.

I was looking for the original Yakima product when I ordered this Knob and this is exactly that! Very satisfied and it fits perfectly. I’ll be ordering more items soon.
It fixed my problem and I got it faster than I expected. The item was on back order and the estimated delivery was October 2022 and surprisingly I got it in the mail the same week I ordered it.
Part fit great! Only problem was that the threads on the nut were marred , found a different nut and replaced it works good now. Would have 5 stars otherwise.
