I had to adjust it but it works... Maybe you could make a metal one.
I wasn't sure this would fit my EPro 19FD with a Gladstone 22 hood, but it did. Seems to be a lot of tension on the clip -- which is probably why the original unit broke. So now that I know this fits, I'll likely order a few "spares".
