Had to clean the old white blade rather than the Black blade. Used new motor. Had to take hood off to connect foam. Overall happy with outcome.

I couldn't find anyone in my area that had a clue how to install or anyone that was interested in trying so it was never installed. I would arrange the installation prior to purchase.

Replacement Damper for Ventline RV Range Hoods with Vertical Exhaust
$10.12 on your Ventline PR Series RV Range Hood yourself, here is how. You will need to turn your power off and start by removing the filter, the range hood motor, 2 #8 hex nuts, the filter and lens retainer, a few #8 sheet metal screws, the lamp lens, the lamp socket, and the blower housing. From here, you will need to remove a few more sheet metal screws and the rocker switches. Here is where the foam damper is located.

The Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Range Hoods # BVD0278-00 will definitely be the direct replacement for the Ventline PR-4 you are fixing, but the motor housing is not available separately, unfortunately.
