Perfect replacements for adding or replacing broken or missing screen springs. These were purchased so we have extra springs for our Camco Insect Screens for our hot water heater and furnace.
Specifically made for spring placement.
The replacement kit (springs) are exactly what we needed. We would rate the product a 5 Star (Excellent) if we could get just the spring fasteners. We have two bug screens on our RV, and both came with the installation tool...now we have 3 installation tools! As the springs wear and require replacement, we will probably resort to small zip ties rather than purchase more installation tools in order to get the springs!
I ordered a kit of two springs fasteners and the tool you use to attach the insect guard that had come loose on our pre-owned trailer. The kit arrived on the day expected, and it has worked great to get the insect guard back on. I found the video on how to do it very helpful. Over-all a good experience with getting this little job done.
A hard-to-find part locally was easy to find on etrailer. Saved me from having to buy the whole kit, and it arrived quickly. Here’s a hint to this tool: using it can be a nightmare if you don’t know the trick, so YouTube it before you struggle.
