Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a real quick look at this Truxedo replacement tension control screw. This is going to replace one tension control screw for your Truxedo Lo Pro and tonneautrax covers. Now, this screw is held in place as you probably know by the tension control bracket and on your screen along with the photo of that bracket, I do have our item number for it in case you are in need of that as well. And you can just take that item number and put it in the search field of our website and that will take you to that tension control bracket if you are in need of it. Now, let me go ahead and pull my ruler out here real quick and just give you some overall measurements.
I'm gonna line my ruler up there so you can see. So the overall length, we are sitting pretty close to 2 3/4 inches long and the diameter is right at five eights of an inch. So if you are needing to replace one tension control screw for your Lo Pro and tonneautrax covers, this is going to be exactly what you need. That's going to conclude our brief look today. I don't understand what these do. It takes 70 pounds pressure to move the tip in/out and that doesn't correct for temperature changes on the cover. The cover will not automatically adjust for fluctuating temperatures. What do these do?
This company has good products and fair prices. I’m a not Ricky for sure but was able to use their system easy enough. Bottom line good products good people and would recommend to anyone in need of what they offer

Great product, replace latch with a new one and used the old one for the other side. Now I have a double latching cover.
The Velcro is much better than the original hook and loop that was on the rails. Great idea to change this out with the new product.
To make it even better the part I ordered were delivered with in two days. Outstanding delivery

Worked fine, unfortunately came unscrewed from tuxedo cover and was lost in truck bed. Hesitant To order another because of cost.
I’d had my tonneau cover off my truck for about a year. When I went to put it back on I had misplaced a part. Hey Howard. This screw is what is needed to apply more tension to the tarp when needed. It needs the 70 pounds of pressure to prevent it from backing off or becoming loose over time. The tension is all done manually.
