Today we'll be taking a look at the smart step, non-slip pad from TowSmart. This is going to be an adhesive pad you can put on pretty much anything that you'd want to make a little bit more slip resistant, anything like a bumper, maybe some running boards or nerf bars or any kind of step that you might have in your RV, maybe your ladders at back, whatever the case may be. This is going to have a strong adhesive on the back side. You just have to remove this paper backing and then press it down into place.It's made of a durable rubber construction and this is the same sort of foam rubber that they use in roofing applications to waterproof roofs, so it is going to be weather resistant. It's able to withstand any kind of rain, snow, sleet, things like that.Just whenever you're putting this in place, you do want to make sure that you get this stuck down at above 50 degrees Fahrenheit or more since once it gets down lower, that adhesive might not stick as well at least at first. Once that adhesive is on there and it's made a good binding connection, it should stay in place even when you are at those lower temperatures.
It's going to be resistant to any kind of cracking or tearing. It is flexible enough that I think it'll be able to go around any kind of curves or bends, probably no sharp corners really, but should be flexible enough to meet most needs. Whenever you put this in place, also you want to make sure that you clean off that surface really well before you get that adhesive to stick down. Make sure that there's no dirt, debris, any bug guts or anything like that that can get in the way of that adhesive making a good connection.As far as dimensions is about 17 and a quarter-inch long by about four inches wide. And you can see there's kind of a diamond pattern in here.
So the raised part, the thickest part, that's just about a quarter of an inch thick, but then the recessed part or the shallow part that's about an eighth of an inch. So it should give you good traction for any of those places that you want to mount this up and of course, be a pretty simple install once you have it all cleaned up and ready to go. And that's going to do it for our look at the smart step, non-slip pad from TowSmart.

The rubber material seems to be perfect, but separating the paper from the glue pad was very tricky. I’m putting them on the Running rayla New 2023, Interest Rate. I hope they stick will know in a couple of months.
