I would have given this five stars, but Thule requires a dummy key in order to install the lock. It should have been included and was not. It has to be ordered separately, which is a pain. While at the locksmith ready to make a duplicate key, the locksmith instead re-keyed the N217 to be the same as the other key that fits my original Thule hitch. Very satisfied.
