I used the tray to lengthen my Thule bike rack so I can carry my Trek T900 tandem. I was happy with the overall transaction and will definitely do business with etrailer again.
After years of being smart/lucky, I finally did it, and drove my car with the bike roof rack through a sign (that was a height warning for the garage). The Thule rack was fine, but the tray was mangled. It was great to be able to find the right part easily, at a good price, and even with the lowest-level shipping, it got to me really quickly. I'd definitely shop here again, hopefully not necessitated by my stupidity.
The product i received was not an exact duplicate of the original product. Your product did not have the pre drilled holes on each end of the tray which are used to fasten the end caps. I will have to improvise to fit the original end caps.

I love the Thule equipment I purchased. They make great products.
Product was easy to find, competitively priced, and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. In particular, I found their tracking system to be the most comprehensive I have experienced.
They let me know the product shipped and followed up when it arrived. I'm trying to figure out what more I can ask for, but I can't.
Very satisfied.

this part of the bike rack seems good, and it is nice you can buy just the wheel tray. etrailer seems to have a good price on this, and only had to buy it because mine got bent while mounted on my car. Not sure how that happened.
End caps on this fall off easily, however.

Thule wheel trays don't accept standard 5/16" carriage bolts for mounting like Yakima Does. Metric Hardware required.
I needed replacement [arts for my Thule carrier - you had them - just what i needed.
