Replacement Rubber Pads for Thule Ride-On Adapter

Excellent customer service. Very satisfied with the product and service. I mistakenly thought these rubber pads would be included with the adapters that I purchased, even though they weren't included in the photo. Customer service explained how items are sold individually so you can customize as needed; thus not pay for parts you don't need. They promptly issued a credit back to me and provided the link to these pads for me to order. Both times, my order arrived quickly. These pads look and work just like the original ones; they have an adhesive backing and peel and stick to the adapter. So, like the originals, the adhesive will probably fail (dry up and peel away) after several years of storage and the pads will fall off and get lost again. Frankly, I can't really fault the quality of the pads. I've had my Thule Ski Rack for over 12 years before the pads fell off. BUT, this time I've simply used some super glue to stick them to the adapter and I expect they'll stay stuck for a much longer time. But, if I have to buy another set in 10 years, no big deal.1244399
