Hello neighbors, I'm Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together today at the replacement end caps for the Thetford Titan sewer hose. Now folks, these are a press fit application and they simply replace the end cap on your Thetford Titan RV sewer hoses and they are gonna work with Thetford Titan sewer hoses on the market. You can see the ridges here. Again, it's for a three inch hose, but it will work with all Thetford Titan sewer hoses 'cause those are three inches. You get two black caps, it's a press end fitting.
It works on either end of your sewer hose. They are made here in the US, and I just happened to pull a sewer hose here just for demonstration purposes. So again, it simply just presses in seals up all the way around. Now one thing I notice is it's a good fit, but keep in mind it's not a screw in application, it's a press in. So depending on how your hose is, if it's old or maybe or just been used a lot, this may not fit super snug.
So again, this is really designed for the manufacturer to kind of keep drip, stuff from dripping when you're putting your hoses away. So keep that in mind. On the other side of the hose let me pull that up here real quick. On the lug side, it fits a lot snugger. Here we go.
So again, simply press in this one, you really have to press it in to get it all the way seated. I've actually got it about halfway and it's super tight. So on this side of the hose it was fitting a lot snugger than the other side of my hose. And this is a brand new hose that I pulled. So again, that's sold separately as far as the hose, you can get those here at etrailer.
