Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the replacement feet for the Telesteps 14 1/2 foot telescopic ladder for a quantity of two feet. Now, this will replace the feet on your Telesteps 14 1/2 foot telescopic ladder. Part number 1800EP. That ladder we do sell separately on our website.
I wanted to show you what it looks like. If you look at the insert there up on the screen, you can see that's what the telescopic ladder looks like. And at the very bottom, you'll see where the feet are, that's what these are. They'll insert into the bottom there. Now, these are a swivel feet that will adjust to those awkward surfaces.
And they provide a more solid footing for your climb up the ladder. You can see when they're installed, they'll give you the swivel, front to back. And it is important that your footing is always on a nice flat surface to prevent a potential slip out. And what you'll notice is these are a patented silicone swivel feet which will help with that secure climb. If I zoom in here, you can see the very bottom of the feet are a nice, soft silicone rubber compound construction.
And you notice they put the grooves in there that'll give you extra grip when they're down on the ground. These are a very easy installation. You just insert them inside the ladder tube base. And you can see on this side, there's a threaded hole. The other side, there's a threaded hole.
Comes with the included mounting screws that once you insert that in there, tighten it down with a screw on each end, it'll hold it into place. And this is for a quantity of two anti-skid feet. But that should do it for the review on the replacement feet for the Telesteps 14 1/2 foot telescopic ladder..
New replacement feet fit perfect and are a big improvement over the original feet which had deteriorated and fell off. I also like the swivel feature.
I had to drill another screw hole on my ladder (older version is about 10 years old) but was no problem and the new feet fit perfect.
great service!
Saved my ladder. Thanks.
Looks like the original product, came packed in a Telesteps package(obviously-I cannot guarantee authenticity. I will tell you that it fits the 1800 EP perfectly, came with the screws necessary to attach it, and list price was $1 cheaper… Oh! And shipping was $13 cheaper than the Telesteps site! Came on the estimated date!
