Hello, neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Towing Kit with Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for your Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver with a two inch ball. Now, folks, this is a custom-fit application. Number one, you need to make sure you already have a Stealth Hitch for your '23 to '24 Hyundai Hyundai Ioniq 6. Now, that part number is sold separately. That hitch is SH73SR, so if you don't already have that installed, you need to get that before you can even use this ball mount and wiring kit.
Now, that being said, make sure you double-check in our Fit Guide here at etrailer.com. On the homepage, where it says My Vehicle Information, type in things such as year, make and model, those kinda things to be sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now, getting into it, this nice, detachable ball mount, again, uses that Stealth Hitch. You take off the receiver attachment and you pop this ball mount up into place and it's gonna lock in place just like that hitch attachment does. It gives you a two inch ball rated up to 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight.
It is not made or rated for weight distribution, so don't ever use it for that. Now, the ball hole diameter is a one inch over here on the shank, so make sure if you ever have to replace it, you know it's a one inch shank. This is 3/4 inch thick on the whole beam. It's nice and heavy-duty. It's been powder-coated steel with a nice chrome finish on the ball, and this will again pull a trailer up to 3,500 pounds.
You get the safety chain tie-down point anchors and the lock nuts to go with it. You get all the wiring to give you a 4-pole flat connection. It even has a nice finger pull here to make it easier to plug in and unplug when using. You get a length of wire to go all the way up to the battery with all your wiring connectors, the double-sided adhesive, a little magnet for helping to pull wires and stuff through different channels on the vehicle when you're installing everything, and of course, your cable ties to make everything fit nice and neat. So, again, you get all the wiring here.
This what I'm gonna call modulator box here, it's basically a wire converter. It's gonna convert the correct number and wattage of amps and everything to the output on the trailer side to line up all your lights that you need, and it's also gonna protect your vehicle against any kind of back feed and those kind of things. Now, again, this is a nice complete kit here by Stealth Hitches. That's gonna wrap it up for our quick look today, folks. I'm Steven, thanks for watching, have a great day.
