This was a replacement part for a hitched bike rack. Have only used for a week but material appears durable and good quality. Low chance of bending the pin unlike the rack's original part. Communication from seller was excellent and products were delivered fast!
It's a just a big cotter pin. It does what it's supposed to do. Heavy duty and will likely last just about forever.
Products arrived around the time we expected even with the delay in shipping.
