Don’t use any tool to push it in or you will damage the rubber latch. Great for replacing old sticky rubbery part.
A perfect fit...we have an older bike rack to which this product fit perfectly. It must have taken all of about 5 minutes to exchange all 8 pieces and our rack is as good as new.
This item arrived earlier than expected. The product was a perfect fit. The cost of the product was very reasonable. Quality of the product was top shelf. Customer service was impeccable.

Still working great after 1 year.
Always great products from ETRAILER. The rubber pads on our Master Lock hitch towing bike carrier had become worn and torn. We ordered replacement pads from ETRAILER. The pads were delivered promptly and the new ones fit like a glove. We have ordered from ETRAILER in the past with similar positive results. Great company!
I recently purchased a spare tire mounted bike rack 2nd hand off of Facebook marketplace. It was in excellent shape but it was missing a rubber pad. I knew from previous experiences that eTrailer would have the pad I was missing. Sure enough after a quick and simple search I was able to find and order what I needed.
Excellent quality, better than the original. Great service - two emails; one to alert me to expected delivery date and one with tracking info.

Unfortunately a couple months after I wrote the review our farm burned to the ground in the Tubbs fire which burned over Santa Rosa California October 9, 2017. The parts I purchased from you worked well for the couple months I had them. They were a perfect match.
