Replaces a lost or damaged 2" sleeve for your SportRack 2EZ series bike rack.etrailer got the part to me fast and I appreciated it as needed to use it days later after I misplaced my original part. Recommended seller of trailer hitch bike racks based on my past experience. Relatively easy to contact by phone which is not a given in these days of lost emails and clueless customer service.
This part was bought to replace a lost piece which was later found. The new part was used on our hitch many times last summer. We were very satisfied with the part and service we received from etrailer.com.

it fit my bike rack, wondering if the plastic can take the stress/weight of the bikes
also not sure why it doesn't come with a clip to hold on to the rack

The hitch bolt is available separately as part # 05002400000. Selling replacement parts in kit form is kind of a Catch 22, some folks want a replacement part to include the related parts like the hitch bolt in this case, while somebody else just needs the replacement sleeve and would be upset if they had to pay for a hitch bolt they did not want.
