Works great when used properly. My first one didn't last because I only put it half way into the receiver hitch one time when I was in a hurry. Always put it fully into the receiver.
I have an older bike rack that I purchased from etrailer ten or eleven years ago. Over the years through normal use, parts have worn out or have been lost. etrailer has always stocked replacement parts for my rack. With my most recent order, I needed a spacer that would allow me to use my bike rack which has an inch and a quarter mounting bar with my pickup truck which has a two-inch mounting point. At first, I checked other websites and found spacers ranging in price to $30 to $80. Then I remembered etrailer. Although finding the parts list is less than intuitive – there is no listing that I can easily see from the etrailer home page that says “Bike Rack Parts”- I eventually found what I needed and placed my order. The part arrived almost overnight. Extremely fast delivery and excellent service.
