SportRack Bike Rack Replacement Top Plate

This is a perfect replacement for my existing bike rack. My original top piece was taken off and lost. I replaced the entire mount. It would be nice if the twist lock went on more easily. I struggle to get the locking nut onto the bolt often with the thicker bike frames. However, once it is on, it holds the bike in place. They should consider adding a velcro type mount as well as this locking nut. 681289
