As always, etrailer has great service and parts inventory for any rv or trailer project. I needed rebuild parts for a Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 tow bar. They had everything in stock. It sounds like you need bolt # RM-350184-50 and the bushing # RM-200029-10. We have several other replacement parts for the Roadmaster Falcon tow bars and other tow bars. Replacement Yoke Bolts for Roadmaster RM-520 Falcon 2 Tow Bar
I'm assuming you're speaking of the 3/4 inch bolt and nut that joins the yoke to the stinger assembly, which are items # 14 and # 15 as shown in the provided diagram. If that's what you're speaking of, then yes we do offer that nut and bolt. The bolt is part # RM-350184-50, and the nut is part # RM-350267-01.
