I contacted etrailer and spoke with Terri N. I had previously purchased on 3 separate occasions another brand of dual hitch (none from etrailer) which all bent when pulling my 2018 Jeep Wrangler behind our 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Motorhome with a Hollywood bike frame carrying 2 Rad Power e-bikes. Apparently, we were using the wrong adaptor. She was VERY helpful with information, discouraging more than 1 hitch adaptor and recommended the 10,000 pound dual hitch receiver with a 2-4 in drop/rise. So far, it seems to be working fine. My only concern is that there is not enough clearance to fold up my Blue Ox tow bar while connected to the hitch. Also, the front of the Jeep bumper is VERY close to the bike rack upon turning the Motorhome.
Item is well made and will provide more flexibility with having a bike rack hitch and towing hitch at the same time.
This was a change to ensure it met the 10K tow capacity of the Roadmaster system. The bike rack and the tow system are a little close so considering another extension for the Roadmaster system to allow a little more clearance when turning.
Wanted to be able to combine tow hitch and bike hitch. This required a 2" drop and a 4" rise with a 10K lb capability. Etrailer.com came thru with product, price, special free shipping, and great customer service. Ordered on Sun and received on Wed and installed on Thur and ready to go!

After 1 year this product is still working as day 1.
I bought the dual hitch to allow me to carry my bike rack at the same time be able to leave my tow hitch attached. It works great!

Excellent option to add a bicycle rack when towing. Easy to use. Well made. I highly recommend.

Etrailer’s customer is actually customer service. There’s real people who are there to help. Kate helped me get my order the next day after I realized I accidentally switched the billing and shipping addresses on the order form.
Exactly what I needed. Our A class motorhome sits higher than our ex-C class did and angles the toad pull line too much, thus the 4" drop. When pulling our little fishing boat we had no where for our e-bikes, thus the 2" rise. All should be perfect now. Next problem is June and first of July is completely booked with family stuff. Can't test anything until July 12th, 2023. Going fishing. Will update if a problem but I cannot forsee one.

Only one I`ve found that fits my need with both upper & lower receivers having a strong tow rating.
Had to return this item as my bike rack did not fit in the receiver. The bike rack fits everywhere else so not sure if this was defective. Decided not to reorder because of the cost of return shipping.
Works exactly as advertised. Lets me put my bikes behind the coach and in front of the Jeep we tow. 8000 miles and no issues at all. Heavy duty unit will not disappoint!
It works great I had to lower my tow bar 2 inches to be level it worked real well
Needed a drop hitch for the Falcon 2 tow bar to get within the specified 3" variance off level as specified by Roadmaster. Also, we wanted to have the second receiver for a hitch mounted bike carrier. Problems solved! Thanks etrailer!

Still performing and doing the job of bicycle hitch and hitch for the Falcon II tow bar.
This dual hitch receiver was exactly what we needed as it allows us to pull our tow vehicle behind our RV and also carry our bike rack between the RV and the tow vehicle. The dual hitch receiver is very heavy-duty and very well constructed.

Still working great one year later!!
Received my 4 inch hitch adapter almost two weeks ago. Finally had the time to install and test it on my RV. The adapter fits great and the welds look very well done. The 4 inch drop along with my blue ox’s 4 inch drop are the perfect combination for my tow package. I plan to add a new bicycle carrier in the near future and this adapter was chosen with that in mind.

1 year usage and still great purchase for towing my Mini Cooper. I love the versatility of adding my bike carrier in front of the toad vice being on back of towed car.
Our new double 10000lbs rating receiver is perfect on our class a. Now can 4wheel down tow our Honda crv and put our bike carrier on the same receiver with plenty of clearance for the sharpest of turns. Very well made nice piece of equipment. Great service and with pin purchase and receiver, free shipping.

Product has worked great. I use it to tow a vehicle behind my Motorhome on the lower hitch and carry two heavy electric bikes on a bike carrier on the top hitch. I have put more than 15000 miles on it so far without any issues.

Still working perfectly after more than 20K miles and more than a year on the road

E-trailer gets it right. After a year. No issues. Dont just buy, call and they can get you the right product for your application.
Very well made with nice powder coat finish. Purchased to allow use of hitch mounted bike rack(when toad is connected) and get tow bar within "safe" zone for level towing. Like option of different drop length. Great service and fast delivery.

Still performs as expected. No issues so for.
Reasonable shipping time on my drop hitch. The quality seems heavy and strong. Works perfectly for my needs, allows me to tow car behind coach and carry bike rack at same time. Very happy with this product and recommend purchasing from Etrailer.

hitch is working great and my opinion is the same now as it was a year ago.
I purchased this to easily switch between a small trailer and a hitch-mounted tray for my Jeep. The tray needed to be mounted lower in order to still allow for the tailgate to be opened. This product fit my needs perfectly.

Works great, pull out tow dolly with small SUV. Also pull 14’ flatbed trailer hauling my Kawasaki Mule.
