i love the product great and easy process of purchase, i recommended to a friend to buy at etrailer for his roof rack and definitely ill be buying more of accessories for my rhino rack pioneer platform pretty soon, would be nice if etrailer carries clamshell rooftop tent also.
etrailer rocks... there are ACTUAL HUMANS that actually take care of you!! The delivery time was SHORT!!! Thank you. The RhinoRack ladder is NOT cheap... but it is perfect. It is sturdy and it folds easily. It is perfect for loading the pioneer platform. It will be used for many years, and it will come in handy. Thanks!
The products I received were in excellent condition. I haven't had a single problem with the products or with customer service. I installed them on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee KL and love them! Everything was simple and easy to mount.
Ladder was great your shipping department needs help
Can't understand why you wouldn't make the second leg extend as well - potential safety issue every time I use it on my vehicle

I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you. Both legs on the ladder rack are extendable and are help in place by a pin.
