Designed for 2nd generation MORryde StepAbove steps (MR98RR or MR48RR- sold separately), this durable 3-piece step rug set gives you a place to wipe off your feet after a hike on the trails. Heavy-duty bristle fiber material removes dirt and debris easier than standard turf rugs, so there's less sweeping and mopping inside your RV. Hook-and-loop fastening strips provide extra support to keep the rugs snug to your RV Steps.
If your MORryde steps have a removable pin to adjust and lock the legs in place, you have the first generation MORryde StepAbove steps.
If your MORyde steps have a button that releases the legs for adjustment, you have the second generation MORryde StepAbove steps.
The rugs wrap around your steps and secure with included hook-and-loop fastening strips and springs - no screws, glue, or tools needed. For each rug, the 2 hook-and-loop fastening strips stick to the front edge and top, back portion of the step. Once the rug is aligned and pressed firmly to the step, the springs connect the front and back grommet holes of the rug underneath your RV step, giving you a clean, seamless look. Rugs can quickly be removed for cleaning and easily reattached when you're finished.

Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Prest-O-Fit 3-Piece Step Rug Set. This three piece rug set, is going to cover your second generation Morryde Stepabove steps, including the two models that you see on the screen there. So this is going to give you a place to wipe the dirt, mud, grass, and other debris off your feet. So you're not tracking it into your RV, gonna keep your RV's interior floors a little bit cleaner.
Now this is just for the second generation. Very easy way to tell whether you have a first generation or a second generation. If you have a removable pin to adjust and lock the legs in place, that's the first-generation. If you have a button that releases the legs for adjustment, then you have a second generation. So if you have that button, this is going to be the set for you.
If you have the removable pin, we have another set available for you here at etrailer.com. But these are going to be 19 and a half inches wide. So it's going to cover the step surface for you. So it's going to provide plenty of area for you to wipe your feet off of. These are a heavy duty outdoor turf, with a strong bristle fiber that's going to remove dirt easier than your standard turf.
Now, me personally, I like walking around barefoot and this is pretty abrasive, so it's not going to feel very good as you're walking up into your RV, if you are barefoot, but if you are, have been out hiking, you want to make sure that you're not going to track any of that dirt into your RV, this is going to do a great job of getting that dirt and debris off of your shoes. This material is also mold and mildew resistant, so it's going to hold up really well. It's also UV resistant, so you're not going to have to worry about it fading. It is this obsidian black color, so it's going to hide that dirt really well for you. When it does come time to clean it, it's very easy.
Just hose it off and let it air dry, and you'll be good to go. This is gonna be extremely easy to get installed. We've got two step covers that look almost identical. These are going to be for your bottom two steps. You can see the backside here does have this like textured rubberized material. That's going to provide a little bit of grip to make sure it's not going to be sliding around, but then you also have this, these hook and loop strips. Provide even more security for you so that as you're wiping your feet, you're not going to have to worry about it sliding. But the main way that this is held in place is with these springs. So you'll wrap the rug around your step and then put the spring on the other side. That's going to provide that tension that will make sure that your rug doesn't fly off. And then of course you'll have that hook and loop strip at both sides to keep it in place, so you're not going to move it around too much as you're wiping your feet. So these bottom two rugs are the same. Your top rug is going to have these longer strips so that it can get through the holes on your kick plate. So keep in mind, that's what that's for. So make sure you're installing that on the top. They do include instructions that will make that very clear for you, how to get it all installed. Very simple to do. These springs are a zinc plated steel. So they are going to be rust resistant, but hold up really well for you. You get four springs for each step rug cover. So this is going to be a really nice option for you. If you are wanting to add some rug covers to your steps, help keep your clean, floors cleaned by keeping your feet clean. Strong bristle fibers help remove dirt easier than standard outdoor turf to keep the inside of your RV clean.I bought the Prest-O-Fit 3 piece step rug set after purchasing a competitor product that ended up an inch short on the ends and most importantly the third rug was not customized to fit the 2nd GEN MORryde step above RV steps that have a wider top stop and you need the straps to go into the slots as the rug will not fit all the way around the step. The Prest-O-Fit does come with a customized wider top step with the straps that are needed and makes a perfect fit. If you were looking for well-made and a customized fit for your steps this is the product for you.
Easy to install. Took less than 20 minutes using just two wrenches. Works great to stabilize load and keep truck level
One of the best investments for our entry. Having a bunch of kids going in and out it really helps keep a lot of the grass and other dirt from getting in the camper. Sweeps off relatively easily as well.

They fit perfectly. Installation was aimple, apply velcro strips to bottom of stair treads, wrap cover around step and attach to velcro. Attach springs. I did have to cut 2 of them to fit around railing but they were already perforated where I had to cut. Couldn't be easier Finished install looks great.

The fit is great and the installation is very easy. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the aggressive texture of the rugs. ETrailer did a good job on their video of letting me know this ahead of time so I'm just letting others know that the rugs might be uncomfortable on bare feet. For us, we don't go barefoot and the texture should really help keep our shoes clean before entering the RV.

The Rug Set fit perfectly. They will make it much saver for our dog as she was slipping off the back side of the aluminum steps and unable to get out. They feel pretty good for our bare foot humans as well.
