Ellen: Hey, everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to take a quick look at the Stainless Steel Grab Handle. This is intended to be used in or around or outside your RV, but you can really use this anywhere. Some of our customers have actually used this inside of their own homes for applications in the bathroom or just around the house. Really just anywhere that you need to have a little extra area to grab onto to steady yourself. Whether that's getting out of the shower, getting up some stairs, getting in and out of the entryway, what have you.

The thing that's nice about it is that it is made of a stainless steel, so it's going to be a really long-lasting product. You shouldn't have to worry about any kind of rust or corrosion with it. It has a pretty nice heft to it. It doesn't feel too cheap or anything like that.It's pretty much a complete steel tube that's been molded at the edges or at the flanges here. There's no seams or anything that's going to allow any water to get inside.

And just overall feels really nice. It has some indentions in the backside to help give you a little bit better grip. It's not just a completely slick piece of metal that your hand could slide along, so that helps to give you that grip as you're getting in and out of any kind of area. Again, made of stainless steel, so you shouldn't have to worry about any kind of corrosion with this. It does not come with the hardware, though, so you will have to pick that up on your own.

You want to make sure that you get something that's going to match with this, so some stainless steel hardware would be a good idea, especially if this is going to be mounted outside or any area that's going to have a lot of moisture, like again, a bathroom or something like that.As far as the overall size from edge to edge, it measures about 22 inches long. We go from the center of each of the mounting holes, which there's one on either end there. It's about 20 and a quarter inch. The mounting holes themselves are about three-eights of an inch. Then the actual usable portion of the handle going from about this portion to the same spot on the other side.

That's where you get that 15 inches. That's going to be the usable amount of length there. The diameter of the tube is about an inch. The flanges measure about an inch and a half at their widest point. It kind of flares out at the end because you can see how that's been flattened out to give you that flat shape.Overall, a really solid, sturdy handle to give you a little bit of extra grip and confidence whenever you're getting in and out of an area.
