This is an excellent item and one that can't be found at your typical hardware store. This particular piece is specific to many RVs, most RVs don't have do not have the spill over drain in their bathroom sinks. My stopper was not holding water in the bowl so I ordered this through E-Trailer. As usual, I can find the unique RV items at E-Trailer.

I got this drain to replace the one in my 2006 Airstream vanity sink. I actually bought it twice because the first time I cut the metal threads when I should have cut the plastic piece to make it fit the drain trap. D'oh!
The part that bolts into the sink bowl is metal, not plastic like the ones at Lowes. It's a perfect replacement, matching the SS bowl and it was fairly easy to install.

This drain has a chrome finish and measures 1-1/4" x 5".
