Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this replacement stainless steel bushing for your weld on hinges. Now this bushing is right at 20 millimeters, in outside diameter. The inside diameter of that opening is right about 13 millimeters or about half an inch and it is right at two millimeters in diameter or thickness there. So this is going to be a great option to replace the bushings for your weld-on hinges to make sure that they operate smoothly.

You're not going to have to worry about friction building up and creating any resistance. I do have a five and five 16th inch aluminum weld on hinge here. So if I take off the bushing, you can see they are identical. So very simple to just replace that bushing there. it's going to do a great job sliding onto that half inch diameter pin, allowing our hinge to operate and rotate smoothly.
