Item came quickly, it was exactly the same as the original that came of the chair. It continues to work like new.
I have had to replace both pull cords on your chairs. Both heaters don’t work and the covering is peeling off! I think your product is over all poor.
Part broke within 2 months, cable frayed and broke! Is highly over priced. Found replacement part on Amazon 2 for $XX.
It got here the next day and he already has the chair fixed. We are very satisfied. Thank you.

The product is the correct replacement for the Thomas Payne seat. etrailer delivered the product in a reasonable time. However, the seat pull cord only lasted about 6 months before it also broke
This was a perfect replacement for the original cable!

Working as designed!!
Got a great experience. Part ordered. Tracking. Sent. Got part. Notified continually with tracking. HAPPY CAMPER.
Fast delivery, exactly what we needed to fix our recliner. The description said it was for a Thomas Payne recliner but it worked perfectly on our Keystone recliner. You need someone who is handy to install it, no instructions.
Pull cable looks exactly like the one that broke. Haven't installed it yet as it's too hot to be working outside in 100 degree heat. But, will someday, and I'm sure it will work just fine.

The pull cable worked as advertised. However, after 6 mo. we upgraded our theater chairs to electric with a lot of bells and whistles.
This is the 2nd replacement cord I have purchased. The 1st replacement cord is working very well. Etrailer delivery is as advertised. I will be a loyal etrailer customer.

The product was spot on and once installed works perfectly. Getting it on was a little cumbersome as it was necessary to remove the arm of the recliner. But once that was figured out, all went well. Thanks!

I did receive the package . I would think there would be directions with it,where it's kinda complicated to install .I would personally like to thank Gwendolyn for her expertise in helping me,she is a great asset to you I'm sure . Oh,The piece is not a perfect match,but I think I can make it work,but thanks for the speedy delivery.
