I have a solution for you, but my contact over at Lippert tells me that you won't be able to replace just those casings on Solera Slide-Out Topper. The parts you need are the Replacement Idler Head and Roll Tube for Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - Black # LC87FR and the Replacement Drive Head and Roll Tube for Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - Black # LC34FR. You will want to re-use the hex rods, but you will need to replace the entire roller tube assembly to get the "arms" that are broken on your...

Picking Out Replacement Idler and Drive Head and Tube for Solera Awnings
We have the replacement drive head and roll tube part # LC34FR and the replacement idler head and roll tube part # LC87FR. If you damaged the drive head and idler head you'd want to match what you order with what you need as the idler setup won't fit both sides. The drive head is what does the actually rolling and the idler basically just free spins.

The part numbers # LC87FR and # LC34FR are the correct replacement parts for your 12.5 foot slider awning. The roll tube is the main threaded rod of the # LC87FR that runs down the middle of the roller. The spring mechanism is on the awning fabric roller which this does not come with.

Parts Needed To Install Solera Awning Fabric On Slide-Out
The Replacement Mounting Hardware part # LC701665 comes with the Extension Rods, Extension Rod Bracket, Torsion Arm Caps, and various hardware. I am not sure what all you have now but it sounds like you might also need the torsion heads, part # LC87FR for the idler side and part # LC34FR for the drive side. These also come with the roll tube as well. I have attached a photo to assist.
