Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this Lets Go Aero Tonneau Cover Adapter. Now, this adapter is going to let you mount your Full Nelson bike rack in the top channels on your tonneau cover. And this is going to let you utilize your tonneau cover to protect your truck bed cargo while at the same time carrying your bikes. Now, this is going to be a simple tool-free installation. And as you can see on these plates, I do have the hardware loosely assembled just to kinda give you an idea of where the hardware is going to be placed during installation.

So let me just walk through briefly what the installation is going to look like. First, these carriage bolts that you see here at the bottom, they're going to slide into your tonneau cover's built-in C-channel tracks. And then, once you have those carriage bolts sticking up from those C-channel tracks, you'll then place these adapter plates over those carriage bolts. And then once you have that done, you'll secure these adapter plates to the tonneau cover to those carriage bolts using the included flat washer, split ring washer, and ring nuts. So you can see that I do have all that hardware placed in order there.

And then, once you have the plates installed into the C-channel tracks, you will take your bed bar and you will lay it and center it between the holes on these adapter plates, as you can see right here. And then once you have that bed bar centered between the holes on these adapter plates, you'll align these shoulder brackets on the bed bar above the holes on these adapter plates. And then you're going to use these longer carriage bolts to secure the shoulder brackets over the bed bar to each of the adapter plates. And then these bolts will just run up through the adapter plates and the shoulder brackets. Now, I do wanna point out that these additional or these longer carriage bolts will be secured using four additional ring nuts, flat washers, and split ring washers from your original Full Nelson hardware kit.

So the longer carriage bolts are included to run up underneath the adapter plates and the shoulder brackets, but you will need that additional hardware from your Full Nelson hardware kit to secure those carriage bolts with these shoulder brackets. But it's gonna be a very simple install, very easy install. These plates are black powder coated steel, so they're gonna be very durable, they're gonna resist corrosion with that finish.
