Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a look at the LaSalle Bristol Threaded Sink Drain with Basket Strainer. This is a pretty simple piece that's going to fit into your sink, keep everything strained out. So this is going to go in your kitchen and attached to your drain pipe there. So the nice thing about it is that it does come with that strainer. So you can keep all kinds of food particles or your sponge or anything from going down the drain, but then you can also close it up and have a nice sink full of sudsy water to do your dishes as well.
And then open it up again and still again have the water go through, but straining out any bigger pieces. So we can take it a little closer, look at it and make sure this is going to be the right fit for you.Again, just that simple, easy strainer that we've seen. So you can kind of hear this is made of metal. So it's not just going to be a plastic piece. A lot of stuff that comes for RVs is made out of plastic, so seeing one that actually is made out of metal is kind of nice.
This fits into a one-inch pipe. Should be the diameter that this will work with. The actual diameter of the opening here is about three and a half inches and the outer diameter of the top of the drain is about four and a half inches.On the back, looking at three and a half inches for this diameter. Excuse me. I think I said an inch before.
It looks like this is more like an inch and three-quarters. Maybe even two inches. Does come with the hardware that you see here as well as the threaded nuts to connect this to the bottom of your sink. Also has a rubber grommet to help seal that up. Always a good idea to use some silicone sealant around the bottom side of your drain to seal up any other gaps as well.That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the LaSalle Bristol Threaded Sink Drain.

It was on time,everything was ass order and people these corners are a slight bend end so when you glue or pull them down they go perfectly flat.
Strainer/basket is holding up well after one year of use in our RV, no issues.

Totally love it!! It is very intact, strong material. No complaints. Wish we had soft water, it would be easier to keep it free from water spots! (No fault of the purchased sink!). The faucet stays perfect.

Great replacement for the original dual sink - neither of which was large enough to be useful. Sink seemed to be missing one of the threaded "nuts" needed to secure the clips that held the sink in place but it wasn't a problem since the remaining five along with a bead of caulk are more than enough to secure the sink in place.
