Replacement remote control for Jensen 11 to 15 Series TVs.

Jensen provides the information needed to identify your TV in the part number. To find the part number of your Jensen TV, look for the large sticker located on the back. Example: TV part number JE3215 indicates the TV has a 32" screen and is from the 15 series line of televisions.

Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement remote control for Jensen's TVs. Now, this is going to work for the 11-215 series models. The way to figure out if yours is one of those is to look on the back of your TV, and there should be a little label kind of to the left. It'll have a model number, and that'll be J number number and then S 15 or 11, any number in between there. That last two digits is going to refer to the series line of television, so as long as it has 11 through 15 on there, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, this will be a fit for you.We have a little diagram on the product page here at etrailer.com, if you want to see that for yourself, make a little bit more sense, but it does replace your remote. Direct replacement from Jensen measures about eight inches overall, two inches wide, about an inch and a half or an inch and a quarter thick.
Takes two AA batteries. They're not included, so you will have to pick up some on your own, and this does come with a one year warranty from Jensen. Has all those same controls as your original remote, so this'll get you back to watching your favorite shows when you're out on the road. That's going to do it for our look at the replacement remote control for Jensen TVs.
This product worked perfectly out of the box and connected to my Jensen TV without issue. A previous purchase from another company ended up being an inferior knock off that did not work with my TV and I was glad that I stumbled across this OEM controller from etailer.
Some of the buttons stick. Other than that, it's ok.

I bought 2 universal remotes from Walmart and spared no expense $55 for a remote that would not sink to my Jensen TV I found Your app and you had the specific remote for that TV got it today put batteries in and Works perfect thank you I live in a 5th wheel and I will use you guys again

the button function seems to wear out Im thinking about buying a cheaper Knock off And see how it works out
We really like the new remote for our Jensen TV. As with anything new it took a bit of time to become aware of the different key locations. Overall this was a great investment and upgrade.
Etrailer was great! they shipped my order promptly via UPS. the problem occurred when UPS turned the package over to the USPS. it took 11 days for the postal service to deliver the package on top of the 6 days UPS had it.
