Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be looking at the replacement latch for the JR Products Shur-Latch. This is going to be that Striker piece that holds it in place on your door frame. So it's just this little plastic guy, comes with six screws to get it attached, so more than enough to get this in place. So you can see, it's going to have two little slots for our latch to sit in place, kind of angled on one side so that latch can come over, and then get caught in that inner groove and hold the latch secure.As far as measurements, just for reference, it's about one and five eighths of an inch long, about five eighths of an inch wide, and just about a quarter of an inch thick or a quarter of an inch deep. Again, we get six screws.

They are going to be countersunk screws, so that little flat top style. And they're about a half inch long. This is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
