Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and where do we take a quick look at the illuminated switch. This is going to be an on, off switch and allows a nice indicator to let you know whenever your item is turned on by that switch eliminating and then clearly it's turned off whenever that is not eliminated. So let's take a closer look and make sure that this is going to be the right fit for your application. So you can see that nice switch there. It is going to be a water resistant switch as well.
And this is just a single pole single throw. So it just means it's going to turn one item on or off. It is rated for 20 amps at 125 volts AC or 10 amps at 250 volts AC also at 12 amps, 424 or 125 volts AC at 30 or three quarter horsepower and then 10 amps at 277 volts AC at three quarter horsepower and 21 amps at 14 volts DC.The lamp is going to be a 12 volt lens.So that is going to work with 12 volts of power. And that is also going to be a red color. So it gives you that clear indicator there, as far as the size, for the cutout size, give you some measurements here.
It's about three quarter inches wide by about one and three eights inches, maybe one and a half. You want to make sure that you give yourself a little bit of a window just because these times are going to be what holds it in place. So I would say you'd be fine at about one and a half inches, maybe just a little bit shy of that. So if you've got a play through, you're mounting this into, if it's three quarters by one and a half, it should work out pretty well. And then the outside edges, it's about one and three quarter inches by about an inch. Is made in the USA.
And that does it for our look at the eliminative switch. I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is going to be the right fit for you. We do have a lot of other options for switches here at etrailer.com. So check them out if you're interested. Thanks for watching..
