Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com, Today we can take a look at this Hughes Autoformer's Voltage Booster Stand. Now this stand will help protect your Hughes Voltage Booster whether it's placed outside or inside your RV. And it is designed to work with both models: the 30-Amp Booster booster, which is part number HU24F; or the 50-Amp Booster, which is HU57FR. For both of those boosters, we do sell separately on our website. Now I happened to pull the 30-Amp Booster, It's this one right here. This is the HU24FR, and as you can see, it's designed to fit right in the little section cut out right here.

The 50-Amp Booster's a little bit larger, will fit into this whole area. But basically what you do after that's mounted. You just drop that right into place, and you can see it holds it perfectly. So what's nice is when outside if you're using this outside, that stand arrays and stabilize the voltage booster off the ground and away from any dirt, mud or puddles. And what's nice about it on the very bottom, zoom in here, if you look on the bottom, it has channels and then there's holes on both sides.

These grooves in the holes in the stand will help channel water away from the unit. So, prevents rust from forming on the bottom of the voltage booster. So when you have this installed in there, if it does get wet, those channels and the holes will let the water drain out. Now if this is installed in your RV. The bungee strap will help keep the unit stable.

This bungee strap right here. You can see, let me go ahead and take the cord off. And you can see just by attaching that to the hole right up there, running it underneath the handle, and then hooking it right on the very back. You can see just like that. That'll hold it into place.

Keeps it stable, if you're traveling, this is a bolt-on installation inside your RV, drilling would be required. It does come with the hardware. It is a durable ABS Plastic construction, and the dimensions on the stand itself. The length of it is about 10 and a half inches long, The width is 7 and a half inches wide and the height is only about 2 and a half inches tall. But again, you can see what that strapped to there. And then if you just unhook the bungee strap, and remove it, that'll allow you to remove the booster from the stand.
