  You would not be able to control both the heat pump and heat strip with one thermostat. The thermostat is only going to work with one or the other depending on how you have the Dip switches set. So all you'd need is the # FAC1411MA-W, the controller # FACC12SA-BL and the thermostat part # FACW12PA-BL. For a heat strip you'd need the part # FR27PR.

  The only unit we currently carry with a heat pump is the Atwood Air Command RV Air Conditioner System # AT15028-22 (# AT15033-22 black) which are a single style system, meaning that they would both have their own thermostat and operate independently. If you wanted a multi-zone system that runs off of one thermostat then you would need the Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner System # F15ZA12SAZA-W. This system unfortunately doesn't have a heat pump, but does have an optional heat strip # FR27PR.

  If you're trying to only replace the condenser units (rooftop unit) then you can easily swap out the old ones with # FACR15SA-PS if you have a 6-pin connector or the # FACR15SA-W-C if you have a 9-pin connector. The connector I'm referring to is a wiring harness that runs from the condenser to the controller and looks like what I have pictured below.
