Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna take a look at the Furrion RV 50 amp, 125/250 volt power cord conversion kit. Now, these parts will convert your existing power connection into a Furrion Power Smart LED 50 amp inlet and detachable cord set. Does use the Power Smart LED voltage indicator right here that'll light up and ensures you that the power's present the moment you plug the cable into the outlet. The amperage again is 50 amps. Voltage 125/250 volts. And this is a universal fit with all other brands.Comes with all the hardware you need, all the connectors, and a nice set of detailed instructions.

The kit included instructions for assembling the power inlet. But no the power plug. seems simple but it would be nice to know the assembly order since there are several strain relief and sealing pieces. In addition the weather cover for the power plug is a really difficult fit over the plug body. Otherwise this is a well made product and comes with pretty much everything you need - except for 4 small bolts that need to be sized to your RV wall thickness ( either 3.5 or #6 sized).

Bought complete conversion kit,but only used twist lock part for power cord only,all hooked up,a/c and complete system is on go,easy instructions, did a little more extra taping.
Kit looks great,
All a go!

- Is the Furrion RV Power Cord Conversion Kit Available in 30 AmpI do have an option for you but the Furrion RV Power Cord Conversion Kit part # 381687 isn't offered in 30 amp. That said, we do have some similar setups such as the SmartPlug RV Power Cord and Gray Inlet part # SM49FR which not only gives you the removable power cord design but it's also an upgraded plug with better contact for decreased heat buildup. It has lights for easy power troubleshooting as well.
