Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this Firestone Model 26 C double convoluted heavy duty air spring. This is a replacement air spring from Firestone for the Ride-Rite F2404 and on your reference I do have that number for you there on your screen. This heavy duty double convoluted air helper spring is going to give you maximum load support and it provides cushioning between opposing components and enhances performance and ride comfort on vehicles. This spring operates at up to 100 PSI and this features a four layer reinforcement construction that enhances the airs spring load support. The braided wire girdle hoop creates the convoluted shape to increase the burst pressure of this spring.

And the environmentally friendly coated metal end plates are going to give you superior rust protection and resistance. And this has a machine welded one quarter of an inch NPT air intake hole. Now on your screen I am putting up a diagram showing you the spacing between the bolts and as you can see it's 2.75 inches and some other information on there that might be helpful for you. You can actually find this diagram on this product page if you need to refer back to it. And this also features the time proven rolled crimped seal.

That's going to keep the rubber airbag secured to the end plates. Now the compressed height is gonna be three inches. The extended height is nine inches and this has a ride height from seven to eight inches and the maximum diameter is 8.60 inches and you are going to receive one air spring.
