I received a torn package and there was a couple of parts missing that I ordered. I contacted customer service and they asked me what was missing and they ship the stuff out the next day and some extra stuff that they thought I would appreciate for my inconvenience.
Other companies they just tell you will submit a claim with the driving company and you never hear back from them. I been doing business with this company for years they are top-notch products top-notch.
One year review - This cover provided new life to my old gas spring tilt bed cover. It fits obsolete (LeBra) extrusions. Quality is good, and it has not having any problems. It was a tight fit (not covers fault, as it is retrofit), and best to be 1st installed on a warm (90F) sunny day - not a problem. Some day I may shorten the extrusions 5mm to assist removal.
