Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this trailer jack wheel lock with mounting bolt and cam by Dutton-Lainson. Now, this wheel lock fits most jacks with a six-inch wheel. It is going to grip the wheel to eliminate wheel roll. And you're just going to simply step on one end to lock this and then step on the opposite end to release it.
And this includes everything that you see here. I do kind of have this loosely assembled as you can see. But what you're gonna be receiving is a 3 1/2 inch long bolt. And then you're going to get the locking lever, the locking bracket or cam, and then the lock nut, and then instructions are also included. This is made here in the USA.

I adapted this for use on the wheel of my Pro Series 1000# jack and had to use some washers on the wheel axle in order to make it work properly. No problem and this little brake is a good little, well engineered tool to help with trailer moving in the driveway. I could've flattened on side of the plastic wheel and accomplished the same thing for free but this seemed like a more civilized way to go about things. It does NOT take the place of a wheel chock on a slope...
I gave an excellent rating for etrailer service and shipping. The lock system I was unable to use as non of my jacks are Dutton-Laison brand. The quality of the lock was very good but must be used with the proper make jack.
