Thank heavens I found the etrailer site online. Shipment was fast and I'm quite happy. Just wish etrailer would have included the bolts that work with this.

Work as well as I hoped it would. This item helped alleviate an issue with broken fasteners within the frame of the vehicle. Hitch is now mounted and works perfectly.
etrailer is excellent as usual for finding unique parts and helpful videos. Pricing is quite steep though, hence the 4 stars.
sturdy & worked as intended
Sturdy little handle nut. This worked perfectly to take the rattle out of my bike rack in my 1.25" hitch. The bike rack has a hollow shank and is not threaded. I put this handle nut in the shank and hitch and threaded a bolt through and it eliminated side to side wobble. Worked just like an anti-rattle kit without the extra cost.
I useded these handle nuts to install a hitch I bought off craigslist on my 2003 Ford Taurus and they worked great. Etrailer did not have them in stock so I got a call the next day from Sarah at etrailer to let me know when they would be in and if I still wanted my whole order to ship at once. Customer service is top notch, I would recommend etrailer and these handle nuts as they made the job twice as easy.
I purchased this product because the one that came with my Curt Trailer Hitch failed miserably. While I appreciate the fact that etrailer.com sells this part, if you also need the bolt, they want to charge you upwards of $50 for a full install kit. Instead of paying upward of $50 for a full kit when I only needed one handle nut and one bolt, I went to [local store]. They have Grade 8 bolts 1/2 13 1-1/2 for less than $3. If they sell a single handle nut, they should also sell a single bolt.
I needed Handle Nuts to install a trailer hitch and found them on etrailer. They fit perfectly and the price was reasonable.

The only problem was they were on back order. For the next couple of weeks Bill would send me updates and even followed up once they were delivered. The service was excellent and the bolts where exactly the right size.
This was just a small replacement part that I needed to complete my install, but it came quickly and fit perfectly! eTrailer.com is the ONLY place on the internet that I was able to find this unique bolt.
I ordered a replacement piece for my Trailer hitch as the original from factory (UHaul) showed signs of rust. The replacement I bought from Etrailer has been in for about a year now and is showing no signs of rust or wear. Great products and service.

This item is exactly what you need to install a rear bumper to any vehicle when the factory installed nuts are stripped or otherwise unusable. They are a quality product and also very hard to find ( at least around Yuma, AZ )
I had an issue with my hitch where I broke the blind nut. I was being stupid and used a impact to secure it, I learned to use a ratchet. When I called to order the part the person I dealt with on the phone was excellent. Extremely nice and informative. Very cool guy, he saved my life. Just wanted to thank the company for doing such great work and having great customer service. Thanks guys
I have easy installed an old hitch to my Mazda MPV 2004. Just one bad thing is my other nuts (inside the frame) are rusted...

Product worked as expected. Delivery times was extended a bit due to the product being out of stock. Etrailer was easy to work with and sent updates as needed.

Product was a direct replacement and we were able to bolt the hitch back on with out any problems. Sure beats trying to make the part ourselves.

Handle nut was very hard to find, even on the net. It fit my Acadia perfectly and made it just like the factory install.
Arrived on time and as described. Worked perfectly, just confused why the fitment bolts arent offered as combined purchase? The bolts are easily found at most or all hardware stores or otherwise auto parts retailers.
The item worked fine for our Enclave and came as shown.
