Ordered lots of parts on Monday, received most of them by Thursday. The received parts were well packaged and undamaged. A few of the parts they didn't have in stock so they had those drop-shipped to me which should be delivered in the next couple of days.
No supplier I have ordered any parts from has such a great technical reference web site or personal customer support. Yea, Rebecca - Well Done! Yes, I'm very happy with the pricing.

The item was exactly as needed. At least when I ordered them from your store I received them. Ordered a set item (bearing and snap rings as a group) and only the bearing came. To resolve the issue, nothing but a pain through the other website. They wanted me to return the bearing and resend, well they couldn't get it right the first time so I vote no confidence, I'm under a tight schedule here. With you its great as I am contacting the source. You did great, the shipper, thats another story though. The items were here at the hub on Thursday morning but I did not get them until 5:00 PM Friday. UPS and holiday timing, such as it is.
